 Chris Goss of Southern Horizon financial tampa started his career in mortgages and financial services with Household Finance Corporation after completing his M.B.A in 1994.  From Account Executive, he was quickly promoted to Senior Account Executive for his efforts.  After earning numerous production awards, including two Founders Council designations (Lake Tahoe 96, Atlanta 97) he was promoted to Branch Sales Manager.Chris was then recruited buy H&R Block Mortgage Division in 1998.  He earned a trip to the companys first Circle of Excellence Awards (Ireland 99) which recognized the top 10 Loan Officers nationwide. He finished second overall in the country in total mortgage production.  While at H&R Block Mortgage, Chris also earned a combined 12 Top of the Block Awards honoring the Loan Officers who originated and closed 10 or more units monthly, and Managers who achieved the same with their Loan Officers.  In 2003, Chris was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. (Atlanta) 

While in Atlanta, Chris co-founded Southern Horizon Financial Group in 2004, and is the broker of record.  The company quickly became a Government Approved (HUD) Broker due to its superior performance, track record, and credentials.  Similarly, Southern Horizon obtained a warehouse line (GBC Funding) and became a Correspondent Lender as well. The company has funded over 1,200 mortgage units to date, and currently has offices in Windermere , Tampa and Atlanta.  Upon relocating back to Tampa, Chris had the goal of applying his extensive research in Loss Mitigation and founded Southern Horizon Solutions to offer Attorney Based services.  These including Short Sale Negotiations, Mortgage Settlement Services, Loan Modification Consulting, Credit Enhancement, and Consumer Debt Settlement Services.
